Migrating from Legacy KW Websites to Command Consumer Websites Hello Everyone, In the ever-evolving landscape of technology, change is inevitable. As we usher in a new era of innovation, Keller Williams (KW) is excited to announce the migration from the legacy KW websites to the newly launched Command Consumer Websites. This transition represents progress and an opportunity to enhance your real estate experience. Just as with any technological advancement, there are different approaches to adopting the new platform, each with its own set of considerations and benefits. Category 1: Embrace the New For those who eagerly await the latest iPhone or eagerly upgrade their TV to the newest model, the move to Command Consumer Websites is a thrilling leap forward. You’re the pioneers, ready to dive in headfirst, explore all the features, and test the limits of this innovative platform. Your enthusiasm and willingness to adapt are commendable, and your feedback will be invaluable in shaping the future of this platform. Category 2: Watch, Learn, and Prepare Change can be a bit daunting, even for the open-minded. If you find yourself in the second category, you appreciate the value of patience and observation. Take your time to watch and learn from those in Category 1. Over the next few months, as best practices emerge and any initial kinks get ironed out, you can make an informed decision about when you’re ready to embrace Command Consumer Websites. Your measured approach ensures a smoother transition. Category 3: Change is Inevitable For those who still cherish their flip phones or have an affinity for rotary dials, change may not be your preferred course of action. However, as the saying goes, “Tech Happens.” The legacy system that you’re comfortable with will no longer be supported after the end of the 4th quarter in 2023. While change may be thrust upon you, rest assured that support and assistance will be readily available to guide you through the transition. No matter which category you belong to, whether you eagerly embrace change or prefer to hold onto the familiar, Keller Williams is committed to ensuring a smooth transition to the Command Consumer Websites. We have dedicated teams, robust systems, comprehensive training, and unwavering support to assist you every step of the way. Our goal is to empower you to harness the full potential of this cutting-edge platform and continue to excel in the world of real estate. So, whether you’re an early adopter, an attentive observer, or someone who changes only when time demands it, remember that KW is here for you. Together, we’ll navigate this exciting journey into the future of real estate technology, ensuring that your comfort and understanding are paramount throughout the process. TEAM WEBSITES ROLL OUT WILL FOLLOW SHORTLY BEHIND SOLO ASSISATE ROLL OUTS if you are interested in being part of the early adaptor and labs process for the Teams Website please contact your local Market Center Tech Trainer. Legacy Landing Pages IMPORTANT Before you upgrade to the new agent sites, keep in mind that you will lose access to the one-off landing pages you had setup in the legacy experience. These pages you have live will stay live, even when you upgrade. That includes the ability to publish/unpublish those pages, as well as the ability to even see what the URLs of those old landing pages actually were. Before you upgrade your site, it’s recommended that you either deactivate the landing pages you don’t need anymore, or capture the URLs of the pages you still might want to use
