Happy Tuesday Everyone, Tomorrow Wed March 15th, 2023 in Richmond, VA we are hosting our Cultural Summit and Virginia’s Regional Mega Agent Leadership Event for the 1st Quarter. If you have not made plans to attend there is still time. I have included some details for the event around the keynote speakers.
We have put together a Regional Mastermind that includes Kindra Hall (Keynote), Marc King (KW President), Dana Gentry (Multi MC Owner), Harrison Beach (Mega Team Rainmaker), and JJ Gagliardi (Change Over Media CEO). This is the run of show for speakers and panelists so you know the order that they will be coming out on.
-Kindra Hall is a world renown speaker and specializes in telling your story to create brand recognition in the mind of your consumers. Her energy and presentation style will leave the crowd rocking and inspired. She will be providing not only a 10,000 ft view of why story telling is important but also tangible steps/actions on how to be better at telling your story to your clients/consumers.
-Marc King is our President and I believe the first time we have had executive leadership from KWRI on site in a while. He will be covering the current state of the industry and then shifting to the vision of KWRI and where we are going as a company. This will provide insights for leadership and agents about what we are doing to pave the way for real estate in the future. He will be articulating our value proposition and why KW is the agent partner of choice to building businesses of the future and what makes us unique in the industry.
-Dana Gentry, Harrison Beecher, and JJ Gagliardi will close out the event with tips and tricks around the use of social media to create mindshare and brand promotion through social media to ignite your sphere of influence in a shifting market. Our agents need to get back into nurturing leads and these three will give actionable items for your agents and recruits to do just that.
