In October 2023, KWRI launched the newest edition of agent websites. Over the past few years, we’ve seen several variations, from Market Leader to Plaster, to KW-branded sites, and now to fully functional, SEO-powered websites. Team sites followed shortly after, launching in early 2024. Now, all agent & teams have the ability to: Have Rainmakers and associates on one platform Take advantage of open house registrations Create custom landing pages and property landing pages Utilize blogging capabilities Incorporate Video Access a full range of custom pages Incorporate market stats Upload images and change color schemes Customize Navigation Embed video posts and imagery on your homepage Uniform Search experience for your consumers on sites or App Home Valuation Tool Home Comparison Tool These features, and much more, continue to roll out regularly, with new updates seemingly coming every month. However, some agents still have what we will now refer to as legacy sites—the KW sites that launched a couple of years ago. These agents have not yet fully migrated to the new updated KW websites.
Important Update:
Automatic Migration Date: On August 15th, 2024, agents will be automatically converted to the new sites if they have not already taken action to migrate. Potential Page Loss: Please be aware that there will be some page loss during the migration, as not everything will be fully transferred. Recommendation: We highly recommend reviewing your current site and documenting any written pages. Consider uploading this content into Word to recreate your site, as these pages will not migrate automatically. You will also need to recreate any imagery from your previous websites.
